I just did a winXp "repair" to my XP home installation. The sounds on my front panel stopped working [was working prior to the repair]. I've gone to Intel's site and D/l the current Realtek driver but it has no effect. I'm not able to load the old Intel Audio Studio from their disk [not sure why but windows gives me a error of some form.. can't remember what it was] I can't control my speaker selection [I've got 7.1 onboard and the speakers but it's stuck in basic 2 speaker sterio [or maybe mono?]]

Lost as to what to do.. or where to go.. and missing my headset..
