Making a my first build with AMD products only need help

Hello,
I currently own and outdated acer mobo that is am2+ compatible. I decided with a budget of atleast 500$ I would like to build a gaming pc. I currently have a 600w psu that I recently purchased a year ago, also a new optic drive and 640 gb hdd. I would like some advice and reccomendations from this community as it has a great reputation for noobs like me -_- THANKS FOR READING lol.
