2 x 512 2-3-2-5 or 4 x 512 2.5-3-3-7

I currently am running 1gb of OCZ Platinum Enhanced Latency Edition in 2 x 512mb modules at 2-3-2-5.

I am selling a monitor... and am in a position to buy more memory, specifically two more 512 sticks of OCZ Premium, which are 2.5-3-3-7

My system kicks arse... the only game that ever gave me grief was BF2... and I know it likes 2gb... Should I do the upgrade? Or will it only be a waste of money... ie: 2t timing... hurt my OC... I feel like having my Platinum EL memory working at the speed of the Premium memory, that I am wasting my time and money.

What do you guys think?

Running 2 sticks of memory (512,s) or whatever helps your oc.
Running 4 sticks limits (in my experience) your oc.
Mostly due to the 1t-2t timming.

But i have found that more memory is much better than any oc.

edit; for bf2 more memory is mucho better :lol:
