so like all my music on my itunes has the right artist and picture, but on my desktop it doesnt and when i go to properties and details to change it..nope..is ther anyway i can change that?...download a program..anything??...

So in iTunes all the info is correct, but in windows explorer it's wrong, correct?
Sounds like windows is not reading the ID3 tag correctly.
What do the files show under Windows Media player?
