Can anyone tell me what to do with a drop-down box that says: "There was a problem with your messenger service that has nothing to do with your computer? It is a temporary network connectivity problem." Please tell me if you know. Thank you.

Hi!
First it could be spywares, adwares as it almost always is. Some times machines are infected by the Conficker Worm:
