I came home from work and i couldn't get on the internet this message keeps saying something like: cyber patrol has caused my browser to not connect to the internet. so i do a search on the pc to find and locate the file that holds this program and a window pops up asking me about a pass word that i have no clue as to why or what its mentioning,so i delet the file with cyber patrol hoping that this will enable me to resumme internet access. Nothing happens still getting the same bossy prompt messages.

please help me to get my internet back up and running on my desk top PC if you can , thank you in advance. hnandezt

Unfortunately, you will have to re-install Cyber Patrol from somewhere, then use the uninstall procedure that it has. Only Cyber Patrol knows how to uninstall Cyber Patrol.
