NVIDIA GeForce G100 error codes

my NVIDIA GeForce G100
card shows error code 0000002b
it will not boot using this cards driver but will use a generic driver. its says driver up to date.
is the video card bad or is it corrupt?

are you sure you've downloaded the latest drivers from the nvidia website?
try reseating the power supply, and make sure all the power connections that are supposed to be there are in.
if those don't work, then it may be a bad card and u need to RMA it
