After searching drivers at specified location or searching drivers at inbuild location, does XP goes to search driver on internet? Sometimes it shows the wizard to ask about searching driver on internet but not everytime.. Do you know any setting to make it ask this everytime?

No. Downloading M$ OS updates via Windows Update provides some updated hardware drivers. But XP does not search online like Vista or Windows 7 does.

Hi,
Thanks for reply. But I have seen it. Sometime the wizard shows the page (after the page "install the driver automatically" ) (or even after the page "Install from a list or specific location".) When you specify the location and if XP doesn't find correct driver, wizard jump to next page which show a check box message "search the driver on internet anyway..." (or something like that.. couldn't recall exact message :( otherwise I can search on google directly)
It should have some setting to expand the wizard upto the page I talked about. Do you know that?
