i am automatically signed in into window messenger how can i get signed out from this. please help me out

With messenger open, the screen that shows your picture, at the top left click on your name > then click on "Options".

On the left side click on "Sign in"

Uncheck > "Automatically run Windows Live Messenger when I sign into Windows"

If you want to manually enter your password whenever you choose to start Live Messenger:

Uncheck > "Allow automatic sign in when connected to the internet"

And lastly if you want to remove the annoying pop-up of Windows live:

Uncheck > "Show Windows Live Today after I sign into messenger"
