i hav prob with usb device wat ever device i plugin it gives a message "the device can perform faster if connected to hi=speed 2.0 port"

i hav reinstall usb drivers i hav just bought a new pc with gigabyte ma78gm- us2h mb n phenom x4 9650 processor
i hav tried connectin to all ports available
pllzz help

I had the same problem. Go to device manager and uninstall all the USB hubs and controllers. Then do a scan for new hardware. The usb drivers are included in xp sp2 onward, and will install properly. I have phenom x4 3.3g and asus m4a79t deluxe mobo.
