windows xp will not start normally. the blue windows error screen comes on when i try to boot the system.i have uninstalled the software i installed before the blue screen started showing and it is still showing the blue screen. i have even done a system restore and the blue screen is still showing. what should i do. should i reinstall xp over the existing one?

More details would be useful, any installations, driver updates etc.?
