Program to delete unnecessary files

I used to have a program that would bring me to page with all my directories and it would color code my drives and folders to let me know where most of the files on each drive is stored. Problem is I completely forgot what this program was called and my c: drive is at full capacity.

Does anyone know of this program or know of another program that would work similarly?
