Hi!

I have inserted my flash in the mac OS laptop later on i tried to insert the same in my windows xp os it is displaying no disk in drive g

did you format the flash to a Mac OS format? If it's formatted FAT 32 you should be able to read it on both pc and Mac.

I would put it back in the Mac and copy over any files you have and then format the drive on a PC to FAT 32 and then check if it works in both of them.
