Confused about Wusy's guide

I was wondering if someone can set me straight on this. At the beginning of the guide it advises to disable some settings in the Bios which I did. I am not done playing with it yet but when I am done overclocking, Do I need to reset any of these settings or just leave them as is?

Wusy made his guide very strict in my opinion; most of those can be enabled. Have a look at my guide.
