Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem, I am not able to boot in any mode

did you replace old hardware in your system with new hardware and use an OEM disc for the old system?

Usually it helps if you provide more information about your situation. current hardware, new hardware etc.

However after searching, which you can do in the future by typing the stuff into google, some suggestions were to do a repair of XP by running the install disc and selecting the repair option
