i made a hugh mistake and downloded personal security and now i can't get rit of it what do i do???

Boot into Safe mode with networking.
Download & Install Malwarebytes.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Do a system scan & remove Personal Security!
Malwarebytes does the job effectively!
