Is it still worth? Asus p5w dh deluxe

hi guys i have a question for you , does the asus p5w-dh deluxe worth buying ? in my country the p5k deluxe is like 100$ more expensive , is the p5w dh future proof? i already got an foxconn micro Atx board that doesnt let me overclock my e6400 and some crappy 2Gb of ram that im planning to upgrade to 4 gb of crucial ballistix ddr800 (100$ o tigerdirect) next month that my cousin is going to buy for me on usa
