Cannot resize outlook window

Last response: in Windows Vista

The strangest thing is just happening to me.
Whenever I open Outlook 2007 on Vista , I only see the titlebar, with the minimize, maximize and close buttons to the left.

I can change the width of this "window" - just a line actually, but not the height.
This means that I can only use outlook when it is maximized!!!

Can you help?
Thanks,
Jord.
