Enlarge shrunken laptop display

We hooked to TV to watch something from laptop. Then after, the monitor on laptop shrunk to small box.
How do we fix this in Vista?

I finally figured it out. Just wanted to save someone the trouble of trying to respond to this unnecessarily.
