hi when i turn on my pc it says press ctrl alt and delete i do that but nothing happens it just goes back to the same message can any 1 help please thank u kevin w

Start in safe mode, and scan the PC with antivirus, ccleaner and spyboot. And just for the case, try with another keyboard.
