Phillips webcam drivers

Hello,
I need drivers and ....for a I think laptop webcam....It has an extention that makes it peak over the screen...I can not find it ....but it is a phillips....and it has a LED that shines......

Search you laptop manufacturer website, they also have the Vista drivers for the webcam.
