Mem's filling up fast on me, need to move progs. to card, but I don't see
where/how. I know you can specify on install, but is there a way to move
them once they're on the Palm? Can you have categories on the card to, or
is it all just "card"? I really hate that so far!

On my T3 you can copy items from Handheld to Card using the Copy command
from the main application screen.

Tap the menu icon, App-->Copy.

Cheers

The best way is with a launcher. I use LauncherX, and I run almost
everything from the card. It allows you to put card apps into any
category you want, and to have them in any directory on the card. The
built-in launcher doesn't - everything has to be in the /Palm/Launcher
directory, and there are no categories available. There are a number of
launchers available, and they all have their adherents. Most have free
trials. I keep > 10MB free all the time on my Zire 71, and have a 256MB
card about half full of apps and data. Many programs run much better if
there is lots of available RAM.

Ahh, maybe that's it.
I only have about 1mb left, due to tons of apps. and it's been crashing
alot.

I'll try the LauncherX.. Wait, do you mean Zlauncher, or is that
different? Annoyingly similar names if so!

No, they're different. Lots of people do like ZLauncher, so you can try
both. I started out with LauncherX, and don't plan to change.

Ah, glad to hear that. Looking at ZLauncher, not too pleased so far.
Maybe I need to break down and read the manual, but so far can't figure
how to make it do what I want, and I've played with it alot.
