AAAAnybody at all had experience of this pretty please help its driving me nuts. I am told its to do with security settings. I have tried logging in as administrator, that gives me error messages. If i log in on basic user, it starts installs but then tells me i need admin privileges. Please help, they are being so unhelpful at 3, i wish i hadnt bought the thing! ive found countless complaints and some real complex instructions on what i may need to do, can anyone pretty please make this idiot proof for me? I am not pc savvy at all, i think its unfair they sell u these products under the illusion u just 'plug it in' when quite clearly u dont. HEEEELP

im currently downloading the xp fixer on this page u think that will help?? pleeeeez respond this is takin my will to live its infuriating
