I started my computer and my windows welcome page came up but without my only user account; so I cannot get into my computer. I tried hitting Ctrl>Alt>delete buttons at same time twice and was prompted to enter a password along with user account name but I have never used a password before and don't have one. What can I do to get into my comuter.
