Very hot CRT

I just realised, that my big CRT is getting really hot to the touch. Its almost 60C on the top side so I guess it's really hot on the inside. Room temp is about 35C. Is that normal, or should I consider placing a fan next to it?

(I know it is the wrong section, but I posted it in the appropriate section and it hasn't even got a single hit... )

Im more concerned about you at 35°C room temp than ur monitor. I have also a big 21" CRT and room temp goes max 28°C, i think that everything more than that is too much.
