Asus pc probe help

Hi guys,

I am having a continual problem with Asus PC Probe, im running a P5Q mainboard with an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600. PC probe randomly says CPU temp has jumped to about 250 degrees C , then will come back down to 3 degrees, then to 18, etc. BIOS says temp is around 45 degrees idling, so im guessing it's not the CPU, although comp has been starting up really slowly lately. Is the fault going to be in PC Probe or the CPU?

cpu goes 250 degree C , is impossible,, it may due to some bug it software,, try to get update from manufacture for that software ..
