Fix for vista when the style of the INF is different than what was requested

I am trying to add a new printer and I keep getting this message..."the style of the INF. is different than what was requested" Can I fix this?

Seems to be language problem.
Go to manufacturer site & download & Install latest English drivers.

OR

change everything to English from Regional Settings in Control Panel & try again.
