ABIT IP95 Won't POST :(

I have built 100+ PC's in the last year alone but now, even I am stumped!

I bought ALL NEW parts for this PC I am building.

ABIT IP95 Mobo
E4300
RENDITION 2X1GB DDR2 RAM
MAXTOR 250GB SATA
GECUBE X1550 PCI-E
LITE-ON DVDRW
CoolerMaster 380W Extreme Power PSU

Thing is, I assembled the PC and it doesn't boot. No display on Monitor. Fans spinning.
BUT .... the hard drive LED is constantly ON. The Power LED is not lit???

I have another working old system with an identical mobo :
ABIT IP95
Generic 400W PSU
P4 3GHZ
512MB DDR2 Kingston RAM
80GB HDD
BenQ DVDRW
FDD

I put the RAM on this and it works .
I put the E4300 on this and it works.


Going back to my new build,
I put the 400W PSU, didn't work !
Put the P4 3GHZ, didn't work!
Put the Kingston RAM, didn't work!
Removed the X1550 and tried with onboard VGA, didn't work!
WTF?


Btw, there are no beeps at all done when the new build boots up.

Any help would seriously be appreciated. Damn, even cut my finger trying to pull out the Spire 775 Fan! Grrr...

You may have a bad motherboard. Put the motherboard and processor together. Hook up the PSU. Lay the motherboard outside of the case on a piece of cardboard. Check for beeps. If you get no beeps you probably have a bad motherboard. Then add the memory and check for beeps. Then add the video card. Check for beeps and video.
