Hello,
I have Toshiba laptop my dvd drive stop working. Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry ) is incomplete or damaged. (code 19) Don't know how to fix it. Please help.

Hi, my matshita dvd-ram uj 850s ata device (satellite p105-s6187) stop working,I tried microsoft fix- it but does'nt work either. ( Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information ( in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. ( code 19)
