I have received information about my drivers through research for slow computer performance. These outfits say I have 11 bad drivers. Can I repair (replace) drivers without having to pay for software?

YES. The drivers are free for all hardware products, just refer to the web manufacturer of the product and download the correct driver for your OS, in this case XP 32 or 64 bits.
