When i open my toshiba laptop i had a PeAcE Properties message

I had a problem when i started up my toshiba laptop, the message appears on it says: PeAcE Properties

Sounds like a virus and or spyware. When you say message, you mean just a message box right. Either way run a scan. You can also do the three fingure salute (CTRL + ALT +DEL) Find out where the message is coming from.
