Matshika dvd-rom not working (code 19 )

My matshika dvd-rom uj 850s ata device (satellite p105-s6187 ) is not working. Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information in the registry is incomplete or damaged (code 19 ). Please help dont know what to do. Thanks......

uninstall dvd drive driver from device manager & restart your laptop
