Personal security removal

Hello,I have Personal Security on my P.C. which I didn't ask & last night I did microsoft updates & believe this is the reason I can't email pictures as I did before. Before the pictures were in microsoft word.
Personal security icon changed in looks. has 2 little dots in the center.
