my systems worked fine with my 3com wireless 11b cards until we moved to a new Windows 2003 server and now they just keep rebooting? I think it has something to do with the wifi nic card, as if I remove it and install a new card it will work. One time, I uninstalled the drivers for the 3com, removed the card, then replaced it and reinstalled it again and worked. What could be the problem?

Thanks,
Sandra
