How does one hide one or more disk drives in XP (stand alone computer w/internet) for only limited users but show all for administrative rights users.

I would like this process to be automated at their login or sign-on. Is this possible in Windows XP SP2? Could a batch file or the like be made to activate at their individual logon to perform this task? I really need help here....
