Catalyst 75 driver - bad preformance?

I have an agp 1300pro (works great for what i do). I recently dl'd the new catalyst drivers (cant stand how bulky cata is compared to nvidia) and now i get about 5fps. I was running at least 30 minimum before.

Anyone else have problems with the new drivers?

nope. got similar performance on the x1950 pro

how about going back to the 7.4??

Yes same problem. Have an X1950Pro agp cant use those drivers as they drop the frame rate
went back to the old drivers

I can't get 7.5 to install correctly on an x800gto AGP running on Win XP. Tried several times with no luck. 7.5 works fine on my 1800xt and 1900gt. Went back to 7.4 and all is fine with the x800gto.
