I did a clean install on a HP 530 note book that had vista on it. I made XP install disk with Nlite to add sata drivers install went well.

But there is no Hibemate or standby option in power manager under close lid option, just do nothing option

The Problem is when I try to open device manager I get "MMC can't get snapin"
