Do I need drivers for reloading Vista with
fresh harddrives, and if so where do I get the drivers. thanks

for hard drives you don't need any drivers,,
if you are looking for motherboard drivers, give the model & you system specification

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.
No, just connect your fresh HD and your computer will boot without problems.
Now, if you want use that HD in some RAID array, you will need the drivers of the mobo or RAID controller.
