for 4 Gb ram set your page file size as 6 Gb,, it's good enough

Now, the recommended for you is 6GB, but you can ask, Why 6GB?, easy, because the recommended page file size is 1.5 times your physical RAM, in your case (4GBx1.5)=6GB.
