Power on and off for backup

so im sure there are hundreds of people asking for the same thing but for the life of me i cant find where.
im looking for something that will turn my computer on at say 2am every other week or month run a clean up and then backup ( with its software or my own) im practically open to any software that can boot my computer ant a specified time
i have a P5Q motherboard and im running windows 7 so im almost positive that my mother board has wake over LAN however i don't have any computers that are always on

You can wake you computer using LAN using your router if your router supports it.
