I get rundll error loading: c:\program~1\my webs~1\bar\1.bin\mp3plugin.dll

It appears you have My Websearch.

This is classified as an unwanted application. It self installs and makes its removal difficult.

I would try using Malwarebytes Antimalware (free version) to remove it.

Download, Install and when prompted let it update and run a full scan.
