I am having this problem for the past month:
My computer will not load (the bios turns off imidiatly after restart/turning the computer on) unless i reset the CMOS jumpers
Your'e help will be appreciated

Try changing the motherboard battery. If it's the round silver variety, you may find it at target or other places that carry watch batteries. Just match the model number. Abit also has an online parts store that may stock it.

How replacing the battery will do any good?? when i reset the CMOS everything works fine...
