First of all I'll start by informing you THIS IS NOT A HARDWARE ISSUE! (all caps for emphasis not for anger.) I need to know how to fix this fast clink the link for the video there's two parts it's not long each part is only a minute long. make sure to watch both.

Boot into safe mode. Download and update malwarebytes. Do a full system scan .

Download ccleaner and scan/repair your registry.
