I have an LG external DVD drive that I just bought. I also bought MS Office Ultimate 2007 to load on to my 2006 Dell PC with XP OP. When I plug in the external drive I get the blue screen stating incompatible hardware. How do I fix this? My DVD on the pc doesn't recognize the CDs (recurring problem with some CDs). I got a new set of office and the same problem occurs with the DVD in the computer. BTW, no problem with the drive and the new netbook or the 2007 Lenovo laptop.
