A lot of hitching issues.

rig is 2 gigs of ddr ram at 400 mhz,2.2 ghz amd x2 4400,x1950gt 621/796. during games like DoDs and Fear I tend to get a lot of hitching. Usually when the fps is above 40. Just wondering if anyone knows what a problem could be?

It's an aftermarket 420 watt power supply I believe. I can't see the actual name when I look inside the computer because I think you have to take it out to see it.

I'll clock to stock settings on my gpu and see if that works.
