Ask real player expert

The Real Player SP I recently installed won't work. I get a message about using a debugger and I'm unable to make the debugging device work. I recently was forced to reinstall Real Player SP after my computer got a virus that forced me to reinstall windows XP. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for this info!! I'm going to try this. Will Real Alternative permit me to download videos? Basically, the downloading of videos is the only reason I use Real Player.
