raid jbod but i have backup stuff

hi,
i did a raid array in my pc.
i have a gigabyte m55sli MB.
i backed up the stuff on a 3rd drive.
now, i wanna copy back the stuff to the raid strip & the recognization is throw the raid controller only.
what can i do?

if i'll do jbod it will del the backup stuff or not?

thanks mike, imanaged....
i just take off the 3rd & 4th sata controllers of the raid controller in the bios, & than they were sata (insted of IDEs)... & then win recognized the backup HD...
