I was backing up some of my files onto my flash drive in drive 'F', and I lost the E & F drives. How do I restore them back?

Well, uhmmmmm. You plugged the flash drive in labeled F. Then you stored some files on F. Then you lost drive F and are asking, "what happened to drive F"? Plug it back in. Or....check the pockets of your pants for the F drive.
