I downloaded AVG free anti-virus software on 10-24-09 after it was finished, the new icon was not on the start menu as it was before. It was on the desktop. That is another problem,the desktop icons never open they just give the location. I would like to correct these two areas. Please give me step by step info. on how to do this.
