In-game recording Software

Ok so i made a video for youtube of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl gameplay. I uploaded it and it looked like crap.
So i wanted to know if there was any good free in-game recording software that anyone could recommend. or if it's my video editing software.
If so please recommend one. Thanks.

Not sure how you did your video last time. I would suggest using a screen recorder - you set it running and then do your game playing and then save the recording of whatever went on on your screen in the meantime.
There are several programs available to do this - I use CamStudio which is free open-source and does the job although I haven't done extensive comparisons with other options.
